Well, we made it to Friday and apparently into the deep freeze!! Today is the second day for the previews of the February New Releases at Clear Dollar Stamps.One of the featured sets today is called "Praying Children" which is illustrated by Wendy Hall (Looby Lou Creations) and being released Feb 1st.
I used my set to make a scene. I cut the front of my card out with my Quickutz die and cut the patterned paper the same to make a pretty frame and adhered them together. I cut the circles out with my nesties. The sentiment comes with this adorable set. I stamped my images and colored them with my copics. I stamped the floor using a floor stamp that I got from Hanna Stamps a while ago. I cut out the window and bed and adhered them flat on the inside of my card (since the front is a window). I used pop dots to adhere my little girl and her bear into the scene. I also used pop dots to adhere my sentiment to the front of my card. I used chalks to make the room look yellow and warm (like she has her light turned on) and in the window to make it look like night time. I also used a glitter pen to put some tiny stars and to color the moon and star. I think I managed to use Bo Bunny paper again!
This set is called "Praying Children" and is a Clear Acrylic Stamp set that will be available from the 1st February at Clear Dollar Stamps.
