Christmas Stampin' All Year Long
Anywhoo, our fearless leader, Maria has created another fabulous sketch for us to use. This will be sketch #10. This was a great sketch and one I will use again for sure.
For my card this week, I used some pretty K&Co. Christmas paper, Doodlebug buttons, Bo Bunny ribbon, Martha Stewart Snow glitter, Inkadinkado sentiment stamp and Great Impressions stamp for the main image. I stitched the patterned paper to my card with my sewing machine. I used a paper piercer to do the piercing and my Copics to color my image. I also used Glossy Accents on the snowman's hat and button for a shiny effect.
This is a very simple card but I think it turned out great. What do you think?
Be sure to visit the Christmas Stampin' All Year Long blog to see what the other challenge divas created. I also have them listed on my sidebar. We'd love for you to play along, just leave a comment and a link to your creation on the Christmas Stampin' All Year Long blog or if you upload to SCS or PCP, use the keyword CSAYL.
Thanks for coming by to look at my blog. I hope you enjoy my creations and that they will bring you inspiration. I'll see you tomorrow with more eye candy for you to look at!! Have a wonderful day!!

It's Still Flutterby Wednesday!!
Twinkling Tuesday on Wednesday?
Happy Wednesday to you! Today will be a 2-post day so please be sure to check back later for my Flutterby Wednesday card. So Twinkling Tuesday on Wednesday?? You might think this is strange but that's what's going on here today. I apologize if you came to visit yesterday and my card wasn't up. My daughter, Brittany is the Temporary Twinkie and created this wonderful sketch for us to use . I have seen some fabulous creations so I think she created one that we can use over and over again!! She's a chip off the old block you know!!! LOL I hope you enjoyed the sketch and if you haven't played yet, what are you waiting for??
For my card today I stamped Tilda on white cardstock and colored her with my Copics. I used Shimmerz on her wings. They are really pretty IRL. I used my circle nesties to cut her out and a pretty scalloped mat. Then I popped her up on pop dots. I used this yummy new patterned paper from We R Memory Keepers (love this stuff-gorgeous). I used Bo Bunny ribbon and dew drops for accent. I also stamped the sentiment directly onto the ribbon.I hope you like my card as much as I enjoyed making it.
Thanks for playing along with Brittany's sketch. She is very proud of herself (and so is her Mommy)!!! LOL If you play along and upload to PCP or SCS be sure to use the tag MTTSC15. Thanks Jessica and Madelynn for letting us play along this week! Se sure to leave me a comment so I will know you were here.

My Apologies
I just wanted to let you know that my Twinkling Tuesday sketch card will be up on my blog tomorrow. I was at the dentist today and had to make a stop at the allergy Dr. as well. Sorry that I told you I would have it up this afternoon. I just didn't have enough arms and hands to get it done.
Please come back tomorrow and see my creation for Twinkling Tuesday and for Flutterby Wednesday. Should be a good post!! Can't wait to see you there!! Be sure to scroll down for today's post.
Hello Baby!!
Wow is there enough pollen in the air?? My car is green, I can't breathe my head has enough sinus pressure to feel like it's going to explode!! I love Spring, but geez it is tough!! The trees are blooming and the daffodils are in full bloom, I even heard a bird chirp yesterday!! Yayyyyy!!
Anywhoo, my card today is a baby congrats card featuring the adorable Jasmine from InStyle Stamps. I wish I looked this good after my daughter was born and I still don't look this good!!! LOL I stamped her on white cardstock using Memento ink and colored her with my copics. I used a corner punch to make the slotted corners and Bazzill flowers folded in half for extra fullness attached with a rhinestone brad. I used Making Memories papers and my sentiment is a Rubber Soul stamp. I used a baby shower party favor around my sentiment.
A very simple card but still cute. I have a short post today, have a dentist appt. Yuck!! I hope you like my card and if you are visiting, please leave me a comment. I love to read your comments and hear what you think! Make sure you come back tomorrow to see my Flutterby Wednesday card. Please, Please come back later to see the Twinkling Tuesday card. My daughter is the Temp Twinkie this week and I will have my card up later this afternoon.

Christmas Stamping All Year Long
This week is sketch challenge #9. Here is the sketch that Maria has given us.
I decided to flip the sketch to fit the stamp that I wanted to use. Here is my creation:
Please forgive my picture. I just couldn't seem to get a decent picture for some reason!! Ugh!! I bet I took 20 photos trying to get a good picture, but it wouldn't cooperate. Anyway, at least you can see some of the Shimmerz that I added to the snowflakes, hats and scarves of these adorable snowmen!! I used the beautiful My Mind's Eye Christmas paper. The snowman stamp is by Northwoods Rubber Stamps and the sentiment stamp is by Rubber Soul. I colored my image with Copics. I love the colors in this card and those snowmen are too cute!!
I know that making Christmas cards seems so weird right now with all of the beautiful Spring/Summer stamps available, but when November rolls around and you have these cards ready to go, you will be so happy. This will alleviate some of the stress of the holidays, so please play along!! You have to admit, it's always fun to see a cute winter image!!
Thank you so much for visiting my blog and sharing my first week on this amazing team. I look forward to seeing what you create!!
Be sure to visit the Christmas Stampin' All Year Long blog to see what the other challenge divas created. We'd love for you to play along, just leave a comment and a link to your creation on the Christmas Stampin' All Year Long blog or if you upload to SCS or PCP, use the keyword CSAYL.
I hope you have a great week and I'll see you tomorrow with something else to look at!!

Finding the Date-Suzie Q Style
Today will be a short post. I have so much to do!! EEEEKKK!! I wanted to share this little pocket planner that I made with Suzie Q from InStyle Stamps. This makes a really cute gift or keep it for yourself to keep yourself organized while doing all that shopping!! I stamped Suzie Q on white cardstock and colored her in with Copics. I mounted her onto October Afternoon DP. I cut the year out with my Quickutz.
I took the sample cover out of the calendar and traced it onto patterned paper. I cut it out, put it all together and inserted into the calendar clear plastic cover. You can decorate the rest of the inside if you want or you can leave it blank to fill up with all of those important dates and shopping trips. I believe the calendar is made by Creative Imaginations but I will check to be sure.
This is a fun, quick project that makes a wonderful gift when paired with a card. I hope your Friday and your weekend are wonderful. Thank you for stopping by my blog. Be sure to leave a comment so I know you were here!! I hope you like my little project! Be sure to come back and visit!!

Inky Impressions 1st Design Team Call
Inky Impressions is looking for their very first DT. I've seen this post everywhere, so I decided to enter myself. Nothing ventured, nothing gained!! It sounds like a lot of fun and the images are sooo cute!! They are exactly my style!! I love to color and create scenes so I thought I would apply. I couldn't decide on 2 so I hope Nicole will fogive me for sending 4 instead.
Thank you for the opportunity to apply. I hope I get selected!! I don't know though, competition is tough!! We'll see, cross your fingers for me, please!!
Happy Thursday!
I hope your week is going well so far. We're almost at the weekend!!! YAY!!
I have a really cute image for you today from Susana's Custom Art and Card Design. This image is called Cathrine with Butterfly. She is so pretty holding that little butterfly!! She is one of Anki's Sweetheart's line of stamps.
I decorated the inside of the card by cutting Cathrine with my nesties and mounted her on a scalloped circle nestie. I also put a flower on her hat. You know sometimes we get caught up in the coloring of the image and we are afraid to crop the image. Don't be afraid to crop the image. Sometimes you can get amazing results by cropping your image. You can also use cropping when you have a boo boo. Maybe your Copic dumped a big blob of ink on your image (this happened to me recently). Don't throw it away. Look at it and see if you can salvage your hard work by cropping the image and using it in another project.

Happy St. Patty's Day!
I hope you enjoy my card today. I love this image. I think it's so cute!! For the inside, I randomly arranged the confetti in an oval so I could put my sentiment/note in the center.

Tilda Visits Flutterby Wednesday
It's Flutterby Wednesday and our challenge for this week was to create a card with flowers and butterflies on it. This week I'm so excited that I am the Featured Stamper for this week!! Yay (thanks Danni)! Also this week, we have a wonderful Guest Designer. Drum roll please, our guest designer this week is the lovely and super talented Maria Bell!!! Yay, Maria is so talented and if you haven't been to her blog then you should get some munchies and get comfy!! It's such a warm, cozy place of inspiration.
For this week's card I had to pull out the Basic Grey Porcelain pad (LOVE it) and ink up my brand new Tilda with Bunny (LOVE it) that I just got from Summer at Roses on Paper (thanks Summer). I think this Tilda is just adorable with her little bunny!!
Ok, about my card. I stamped Tilda on white cardstock with Black Memento ink. I colored her with copics and highlighted with a white gel pen. I used Basic Grey Porcelain paper and Bazzill cardstock. This week I thought it would be fun to use some little silver, metal butterflies on my card. I used Prima hydrangeas with brads and spacers. I also used some green lace across my card front. That's really all there is to it. Pretty simple but I like how it turned out!!
I edited my post because I realized that I forgot to put the leaves on my flowers!! I thought I would show both photos since I've already sent Danni my picture for her blog. Sorry about that, I can't seem to remember anything lately!! I used a Martha Stewart punch for my leaves.
You can play along with us simply by making a card with butterflies and flowers on it. Remember, if you upload to PCP or SCS use the keyword: FBW so we can admire your work. Be sure that you visit the other Flutterby Wednesday designer's blogs and check out their beautiful creations. You can find the links on my sidebar.
Thanks for stopping by and looking at my blog. Please leave me a comment and let me know you were here. I love reading your comments!!

My Baby's First Anya/Ian!!
I had to share something with everyone. My daughter, Brittany is 9 yrs. old and in the 3rd grade. She is incredibly smart (I know I'm her mom) but she really is. She reads on almost a 7th grade level!! I know she got that from me!! I love to read. She is also an incredibly talented little crafter as well. She also got that from me!! LOL You can see the cute little snowman she made in the post under this one. I thought it was the sweetest little thing ever.

Princess Anya finds her prince??
Happy Friday to you!! Wow, did this week fly by. I have to say that the snow we got was so beautiful. Today it went away. Now the ground looks messy and muddy!! It's funny how we can go from being 20 degrees one day and 60 degrees the next. No wonder our sinuses are dying!!! Brittany enjoyed the snow as well. Since we never get snow she is not very experienced with snowman building, but she built the cutest little snowman!! I took a picture of her with her wintery friend.
Sorry about the short post but I have to go work on some other projects. Thanks for stopping by my blog and be sure you leave a comment so I know you were here.

Flutterby Wednesday is here again!!
It's Flutterby Wednesday again and me and my flutterby sisters have some wonderful creations to share with you. Of course, we have to take care of business first! Our first order of business is to welcome our new flutterby stampers into our little family. Help me welcome the very talented Kristie and Jodi. Welcome ladies, your talent is amazing and we are so happy to have you on our team!! Be sure to stop by all of the Flutterby Wednesday blogs and leave some love. Our featured stamper this week is Michelle. Leave us some comments, we love to read them. Links are on my sidebar.
You know you can play along with us every week. All you have to do is make a card containing a butterfly and let us know you did! That's it! It's that simple. If you upload to a public gallery such as SCS or PCP, please use the tag FBW47 so we can find your beautiful creations even easier!
Today I used a beautiful Elisabeth Bell Sugar Nellie stamp called Raflective. These stamps are so beautiful. I got my butterfly from another Sugar Nellie stamp. I colored her with my Copics and today I combined Flutterby Wednesday and Madelynn's Twinkling Tuesday sketch challenge MTT12 for my card. Two challenges with one card!! Gotta love that!! I hope you enjoy it as much as i enjoyed making it.
I like the Madelynn's Twinkling Tuesday sketch because it gives a simpler layout that let's your image take center stage.
I used beautiful Daisy Bucket patterned paper and some Lil' Davis flowers that I've had in my stash for a while. I stamped the sentiment onto green cardstock and popped it up with pop dots for dimension.
Thank you so much for stopping by today. I really appreciate you!! Please be sure to leave a comment so I know you were here!! Have a great day!

Miss Anya Gets Framed!!
I have to tell you that the 10 inches of snow that we got was so beautiful but was/is a travel nightmare!! I don't know how you guys handle all that heavy snow in areas that get a lot of snow each and every day during the winter months!! My hats off to you!! I've also had computer issues to deal with as well. Not a pretty weekend!
Now onto my card for today. I have a super cute Miss Anya card for you today. I colored Miss Anya from The Greeting Farm with my Copics. I used the really cute Making Memories Chloe's Closet paper line for this card. I think it suits Miss Anya really well don't you? I also used a Making Memories frame to perfectly frame our little cutie. I put some cute little flowers with pearl centers in the top of the frame. I love these color combinations too. Blue and yellow is one of my favorite color combinations. Anyway, I hope you enjoy looking at her as much as I enjoyed making her.
Have a great start to your week and be sure to come back tomorrow to see what I have for you. Be sure to leave me some love when you stop by so I know you were here. I love to read your comments!
Thanks for stopping by today.
