My First House Mouse!!!

Happy Monday!! I just had to share my very first House Mouse!! I have always loved these little mice, but have always been intimidated by them. I wasn't sure that I could color them to look right. I think I did okay. What do you think?? (Be gentle!) I think they are so cute!

I colored this sweet little mouse with my Prismacolors and OMS. I used Cloud Nine Valentine papers and Bazzill cardstock. The camera is not showing the embossed hearts on the patterned paper, but they are cute!. I used Martha Stewart punches "love" and "hearts" for my sentiment. I used Stickles on the heart for a little sparkle. I'm sorry the carmera is not picking up on the sparkle. One of these days, I will figure this thing out completly. LOL I also managed to make this from the Splitcoast sketch SC212. Yea, I did a sketch challenge!! I'm so proud of myself!

I hope you like my card and I really appreciate you stopping by to take a peek. Please come back and see what I'm up to tomorrow!! Have a great day!

Recipe:

Patterned papers: Cloud Nine, Cardstock, Bazzill

Other: Prismacolors, OMS, Martha Stewart punches, Stickles, Sketch challenge SC212

Hey Cathy,

Sorry I did not get back to you earlier, I meant to e-mail you last night, but I choose bed instead!!!

Janna told me she e-mailed you so anyway I talked to her about your wanting to play with some Sugar Nellies and she said that was more than fine, but she already e-mailed you about it so not even sure why I am telling you all of this!!!

I really enjoyed your card, I have not moved over to the House Mouse side yet, but I enjoy the cards others make with them!!!

Your coloring was great, and you did a good job with the sketch too!!!!

love the popped up layers!!!

Your sweet comments on my blog always make me smile!!! I do love my cute Tucker boy, but I am pretty partial so you know.....
