Christmas Stampin' All Year Long

Be sure to scroll down and see what I made yesterday!! It's a Freebie for you!!

Happy Monday Everyone!

Kind of a quick post this morning. Sankari was our hostess this week. She thought it would be fun to do something a little different and create some tags for our gifts, presents, etc. :) So your challenge is to create at least three tags (they can be the same or different) :). If you would still like to create a card instead of a tag - you could always create a card with a tag in it :)

So I made two tags. One I cut with my nesties, stamped it with my JustRite stamper, popped it up with pop dots, put jewels on it, tied some silver cord to hang with and the other is just a simple mini card tag. For this tag, I used a Great Impressions stamp and colored her with my copics, shimmerz and some yummy Basic Grey paper. I popped her up on pop dots.

Be sure to visit the Christmas Stampin' All Year Long blog to see what the other challenge divas have created. I also have them listed on my sidebar. Again, we'd love for you to play along. Just leave a comment and a link to your creation on the Christmas Stampin' All Year Long blog or if you upload to SCS or PCP, use the keyword CSAYL. Thank you for stopping by my blog today. Be sure to leave me a comment so I can return the favor! Don't forget to come by tomorrow to see what I have to show you. I have been a busy little bee lately!!

It's a Monday Sketch Challenge!

Hello all!! Happy Memorial Day!! It's Monday and that means that we're making another Christmas card to add to our stack of completed cards for Christmas this year!! Woo hoo!! You can get started on your cards today, play along with us!! You'll love this sketch!

Our fabulous leader, Maria has created another super sketch challenge #18 for us to use. This is a great sketch!! My image stamp is by Great Impressions and my sentiment stamp is by Inkadinkado. I used Making Memories papers and Martha Stewart snow glitter on my card. I used a glitter gel pen on the bells around the reindeer's neck. The glitter brads I used are from the $1 bin at Target!! The ribbon is from my stash. I colored the image with my Copics and that's about it!! Just a simple card, but one more closer to being done with my cards for the year!!

Here's the weird dark shot that shows my glitter and glitter pen a little better.

Be sure to visit the Christmas Stampin' All Year Long blog to see what our head diva, Maria and the other challenge divas have created. I also have them listed on my sidebar. Christmas Stampin' All Year Long

Good Morning!! It's Monday, that means that it is Christmas card day!! At Christmas Stampin' All Year Long, we create Christmas cards every Monday. By the time November arrives, we have a whole bunch of Christmas cards ready to send out!! How much stress will that take out of the holiday season??
Anywhoo, our fearless leader, Maria has created another fabulous sketch for us to use. This will be sketch #10. This was a great sketch and one I will use again for sure.

For my card this week, I used some pretty K&Co. Christmas paper, Doodlebug buttons, Bo Bunny ribbon, Martha Stewart Snow glitter, Inkadinkado sentiment stamp and Great Impressions stamp for the main image. I stitched the patterned paper to my card with my sewing machine. I used a paper piercer to do the piercing and my Copics to color my image. I also used Glossy Accents on the snowman's hat and button for a shiny effect.

This is a very simple card but I think it turned out great. What do you think?
Be sure to visit the Christmas Stampin' All Year Long blog to see what the other challenge divas created. I also have them listed on my sidebar. We'd love for you to play along, just leave a comment and a link to your creation on the Christmas Stampin' All Year Long blog or if you upload to SCS or PCP, use the keyword CSAYL.

Pure Glamour!!

Happy Monday Everyone!!

I guess we all survived the superbowl and all that blog hopping!! I feel like a big, blonde frog with tired legs!! Today's card has to be one of my favorite images of all time!! Pretty Head Lily is a digi stamp from The Greeting Farm. She is so glamourous and fun to color. I used my copics to color her in. Take a look:

Isn't she beautiful!! I used some pretty floral dp from Fancy Pants and great flowers from Imaginisce. My sentiment is a Great Impressions stamp. I cut her out with my nestabilities scalloped circle. I used a hole punch to punch holes in the scallops to look like lace. I popped her up with pop dots for added dimension. I added lots of bling and some more cute embellies to make her really shine. I kept my design simple so she could be center stage. I love this image and will be using her again soon!!

I hope you like her and will come back again tomorrow to see what else I've been up to!! I appreciate you stopping by my blog and I hope that I can inspire you in some way!! That's what makes it all worthwhile. Bye for now.

Another Flutterby Wednesday

Hello everyone, it's Wednesday and we all know that means ; it's Flutterby Wednesday!!

I'm here with my creation for the week but you can play along too. All you have to do is make a card that has a butterfly on it and if you upload it to a gallery at SCS or PCP be sure to use the keyword: FBW41. Don't forget, Danni has blog candy that she will be giving out at the end of the month. Check out the details at Danni's blog. Be sure to check out the fabulous creations the other members of our team have posted by clicking on their links on my sidebar.

My card for the week ended up having a lot of green and purple on it kind of like last week. I think I must be in a purple/green kind of mood or something!! I also managed to use the Mojo Monday Sketch #70. So I actually finished a challenge on time this week!!! Yea !! My card this week has Making Memories paper that I dug out of my scrap stash. My stamps are Great Impressions. I used my Copics a little bit and used my Quickie Glue Pen to apply the Making Memories glitter to my flowers. On the flourish itself, I used the pen and Prisma glitter by Hero Arts. I cut my scalloped pieces with my nestabilities dies. The one little pop of color is on the tiny ladybug at the bottom of the flourish! He's so cute! I used pop dots to pop the sentiment up off the card. It's really hard to capture the glitter in the pictures, but trust me it is very glittery and pretty.

This picture shows a little of the sparkle, but it just doesn't do it justice. I photographed it under light, took it outside in the snow for natural light and everything. It just didn't want to sparkle for you. I love plenty of sparkle and the green/purple color combination. I hope you enjoy it too.

Thanks for stopping by my blog. Be sure to leave a comment so I know you were here! Come back again tomorrow and see what I'm up to.

Now onto my card for the week. I chose this adorable Paper Pretties image of Sophia with a butterfly that Danni sent me. Sophia is so sweet, cute and so much fun to color. I colored her with copics. I used Making Memories designer paper from the Noteworthy line. This paper is so soft and pretty and was available in my stash. Gotta love that! I hope you enjoy.
