Flutterby Wednesday is here again!!

Hi everyone!!

It's Flutterby Wednesday again and me and my flutterby sisters have some wonderful creations to share with you. Of course, we have to take care of business first! Our first order of business is to welcome our new flutterby stampers into our little family. Help me welcome the very talented Kristie and Jodi. Welcome ladies, your talent is amazing and we are so happy to have you on our team!! Be sure to stop by all of the Flutterby Wednesday blogs and leave some love. Our featured stamper this week is Michelle. Leave us some comments, we love to read them. Links are on my sidebar.

You know you can play along with us every week. All you have to do is make a card containing a butterfly and let us know you did! That's it! It's that simple. If you upload to a public gallery such as SCS or PCP, please use the tag FBW47 so we can find your beautiful creations even easier!

Today I used a beautiful Elisabeth Bell Sugar Nellie stamp called Raflective. These stamps are so beautiful. I got my butterfly from another Sugar Nellie stamp. I colored her with my Copics and today I combined Flutterby Wednesday and Madelynn's Twinkling Tuesday sketch challenge MTT12 for my card. Two challenges with one card!! Gotta love that!! I hope you enjoy it as much as i enjoyed making it.

I like the Madelynn's Twinkling Tuesday sketch because it gives a simpler layout that let's your image take center stage.

I used beautiful Daisy Bucket patterned paper and some Lil' Davis flowers that I've had in my stash for a while. I stamped the sentiment onto green cardstock and popped it up with pop dots for dimension.
Thank you so much for stopping by today. I really appreciate you!! Please be sure to leave a comment so I know you were here!! Have a great day!

It's Flutterby Wednesday Again!!

Hi Everyone!!!

It's Flutterby Wednesday again and our challenge for this week is to use blues and purples on our cards. You can play along with us by simply making a butterfly card using blues and purples and let us know that you did by tagging your PCP or SCS gallery entries with FBW45. We want to see your creations so be sure to try our challenge and if you've been playing all along, we hope you're having as much fun as we are!! Please be sure to check out our entire team and leave us some love!! You can find all of our links over on my righthand sidebar. You can also find our links on Danni's blog.

Now onto my card!! I made my card this week using a Stampin Up set called Merci. This is a cute set with an adorable sketch butterfly. I kept my card simple so that this image would really stand out since I stamped it in a lovely purple ink.

I used Three Bugs in a Rug DP in really pretty purples and teal blues. I cut our my butterfly with my square nesties and inked some Hero Arts flowers with the same purple ink I used to stamp my butterfly and sentiment. I used blue dew drops in the centers of the flowers and on my sentiment block as well. I made a slit in the spine of my card and tied the pretty blue and brown ribbon on to finish off my card.

I hope you like my card for this week. I would love to hear your comments so please leave me some love if you stop by today. I really enjoy reading everyone's comments. I would also love to have some more followers, so if you want me to tell you when I update my blog, please be sure to sign up today. Be sure you come back tomorrow to see what I have planned for you !! Thank you for stopping by. I really appreciate you.

Pure Glamour!!

Happy Monday Everyone!!

I guess we all survived the superbowl and all that blog hopping!! I feel like a big, blonde frog with tired legs!! Today's card has to be one of my favorite images of all time!! Pretty Head Lily is a digi stamp from The Greeting Farm. She is so glamourous and fun to color. I used my copics to color her in. Take a look:

Isn't she beautiful!! I used some pretty floral dp from Fancy Pants and great flowers from Imaginisce. My sentiment is a Great Impressions stamp. I cut her out with my nestabilities scalloped circle. I used a hole punch to punch holes in the scallops to look like lace. I popped her up with pop dots for added dimension. I added lots of bling and some more cute embellies to make her really shine. I kept my design simple so she could be center stage. I love this image and will be using her again soon!!

I hope you like her and will come back again tomorrow to see what else I've been up to!! I appreciate you stopping by my blog and I hope that I can inspire you in some way!! That's what makes it all worthwhile. Bye for now.

Just A Quick Card

I wanted to share a quick card that I made a few days ago. I love everything snowmen so this stamp was just too cute. I cut the circle with my nesties and used pop dots to pop the snowman and the circle but the picture doesn't really show that detail very well. I also used my marker to dye the flower to match the darker ink. I hope you enjoy it and are staying warm and safe this Christmas night. Thanks for looking. See you soon.

Ink: Versamark, Staz-on, Colorbox
