Nutshell's Valentine Treat Bag

After a morning of computer issues, I am finally here!! I hope you're staying warm!! Wow, it's already time for Nutty Nutshell's Challenge #9!!! Time flies when you're having fun!! If you haven't played in this challenge, this is the one to play in!! The prize is fabulous!!

This challenge we are making Valentines!!

I decided to make a Valentine Treat Bag for my project. This would make a great teacher's gift!

Sunday Sketch & Stamp with Nutshell's!

Happy Wednesday to you!! We're halfway there!!

I can't believe it's already time for Nutty Nutshell's Challenge #8!!! Time flies!! For our challenge this week, we are going to have a recipe challenge!!

The recipe is: use at least 3 layers, ribbon and glitter.

I love this stamp set and this Bo Bunny paper is just the cutest thing!! Those little animals tug at my heart! I have to say that Martha Stewart rocks the punches for sure!!! I used my nesties to cut out the circles and used the sentiment in the stamp set and inked the edges and put cute little heart brads. I colored my image with copics and highlighted with a gel pen. I used the Sunday Sketch and Stamp for my sketch layout. What a great sketch! I'll be using this one again!! They always have the best sketches!

It's a Hedgehog Valentine!!

Happy Tuesday everyone!!

I can't believe Valentine's Day is this weekend!! I have such cute Valentine stamps that I haven't gotten to use yet!! What's a girl to do? I guess I could post 3 or 4 times a day until then. Okay I can't, because I can't seem to find enough time to make the stuff that I want to post! So I 'll get to the point.

I did this adorable Penny Black Hedgehog for Valentine's Day. It is such a cute image, I love it!! I colored it with my Prismacolor Pencils and OMS. He was such fun to color! Isn't it great to color images that we love. You get to watch the black and white picture develop into a colorful personality. Anyway, here's my card for today.

I stamped the inside sentiment and used my Martha Stewart scalloped heart punches to decorate the inside.

A Valentine for Madelynn

Happy Saturday Everyone!!
I have a Valentine for Madelynn this week!!! I used the Madelynn'e Twinkling Tuesday Sketch MTTSC7 for my card. I turned the sketch on it's side and created my card that way. I had a lot of fun making this card! I love Pink Cat Studio stamps and Lily is my favorite!! I apologize if these pictures aren't very good. I seemed to be having trouble doing that today as well.

I used some great Valentine paper from Cloud 9 and Lily the Fairy digi image (soon to be a stamp, so stay tuned)!! I colored her with my Copics and used a Quickie glue pen to apply Prsma glitter to her image. I started out layering my cardstock onto my base card with patterned paper on top. I used 3 heart doilies on the center of the card. One pink, red and white. I adhered Lily onto the center one with pop dots to give some dimension. I used some gems because Lily has to have her bling!! I stamped the sentiment in the bottom corner using the new Lily and Billy Sweethearts set. I tied pink ribbon in a bow and then I adhered the pretty red bow with the pearl heart in the center. So pretty!!

I love Lily and lacy doilies! I already had this started before I got my Lilly and Billy Sweethearts stamps. That's why I used Lily the Valentine Fairy.
